Designed the complete set of communication materials for the KEEP eLearning Community of Practice & Collaborator Meeting, an event fostering knowledge exchange among eLearning collaborators. Established an event-specific visual direction from scratch, then applied it consistently across poster, roll-up banner, brochure, foam board signage, PowerPoint background and name tags. Defined hierarchy, layout and tone to ensure legibility and professional presentation across formats. Worked closely with stakeholders to align visual communication with the event’s collaborative and academic nature. The cohesive collateral strengthened the event’s public presence and supported a polished and credible delivery.
