Produced the annual accreditation booklet for the QWMS scheme, which recognises quality wedding merchants under ESDlife and the Hong Kong Productivity Council. Rebuilt the creative director’s template in InDesign and executed the full layout with supplied copy and imagery through to print-ready output. Managed the day-to-day coordination of the booklet workflow across internal teams, facilitating meetings and consolidating materials for production. Introduced a simple centralised tracking method to monitor progress, improving visibility and reducing turnaround time. Delivered a consistent, polished publication that supports the credibility of the accreditation scheme.
